When sharing ressources community managers, sometimes need to set conditions that must be met by the user so that they are allowed to make a booking. For example at Hafven, the Maker Space Managers need to make sure that heavy machinery can only be booked by users who have completed a security on-boarding for – let's say a laser cutter. In that scenario the space manager creates the "Laser Cutter Workshop Completed" user flag and sets the default value to false (unselected). Now all users in the space have that flag set to false (unselected). Next the space manager sets a condition in the "Laser cutter" resource, that only users who have the "Laser Cutter Workshop Completed" flag set are able to book and therefore use that resource.
